Honors Activity Completion Forms
If you are registered for HON 222 this semester, you are required to submit an Honors Activity (HA) Completion Form for your Honors Activity.
This category includes:
- First-year Honors Core courses
- Honors College lectures and seminars
- Honors sections of courses
- Honors supplements to a regular course
- Advanced coursework outside the major
- Student engagement and volunteer work (including HON 202)
- Independent study/research (including HON 225)
- Internships/cooperatives/practica
- Other activities
All HA Completion Forms are due by 4pm on Friday, December 11th!
Capstone Forms
If you are registered for Hon 322 and completing the 1st semester of your capstone, please submit your Progress Report for this semester's work. The Progress Report is due by 4pm on Friday, December 11th!
If you are registered for Hon 322 and finishing the 2nd semester of your capstone, please submit your Completion Form. Also, don't forget to submit your final projects/written portions to the Hon 322 BB site as well! The deadline for completed capstone projects is 4pm on Friday, December 4th! Please note: this is during Week 15, to allow time for processing prior to your HC graduation. (Congratulations!)

Finally, please remember to register for Hon 222 or 322 for next semester, dependent on whether you're continuing with Honors Activities or working on your capstone.
