Congratulations, soon-to-be graduates! We’re so proud of all you’ve accomplished, and can’t wait to celebrate!
To recognize Fall Graduates, the Honors College will host a graduation celebration on Friday, December 3rd from 3:30 to 5:00 in the Cardinal Room (SCE). Due to space limitations and to ensure social distancing, attendance will be limited to graduates and their Honors Fellow or Capstone Supervisor. All attendees must present a green pass from UIC Healthcheck and masks will be required for all.
During the celebration, each graduate will be recognized with a personalized Powerpoint slide, featuring name, degree information, capstone, and accomplishments. In addition, graduates will be able to provide a digital photo and a personalized message that will be included on the slide.
In preparation our recognition of the awards and honors you’ve received at UIC, we will collect information from you through our online Graduation Declaration. The deadline for submission is November 15, 2021. We will compile this information into the Powerpoint, which will be featured on the Honors College website..
On the Graduation Declaration, you are asked for information about your accomplishments and future plans – don’t be shy! Give us as much detailed information as possible. This gives us the opportunity to recognize your achievements and to brag to the rest of the world about our outstanding Honors College students.
